Happy First Week of School!
Today or tomorrow, your child will bring home the Van Deene Parent Packet, which contains several important forms that need to be completed and returned. Please review the packet carefully and complete the forms listed below.
All required forms must be signed and returned to your child’s teacher by Friday, August 14th.

- Pink Form: Student Housing Questionnaire
- Yellow Form: Emergency Information Form
- Purple Form: Health History Form
- Hot Pink Form: Library Form
The top three classes will earn a popsicle celebration and homework pass!
